The PuraCare One features an innovative design with a castellated foam surface, which rests on a robust “U-shaped” foam base. The mattress is specifically engineered to optimise pressure redistribution, with smaller castellations at the head and foot ends to target vulnerable areas, and larger castellations in the centre to accommodate the main body weight effectively. This design not only enhances pressure relief and postural support but also encourages airflow through channel cuts, helping to regulate body temperature and improve overall comfort for better sleep.

The high-density foam base and reinforced sidewalls ensure stability during side transfers, whether to alternative seating systems or when assisting with stand transfers.
