The PuraCare One features an innovative design with a castellated foam surface, which rests on a robust “U-shaped” foam base. The mattress is specifically engineered to optimise pressure redistribution, with smaller castellations at the head and foot ends to target vulnerable areas, and larger castellations in the centre to accommodate the main body weight effectively. This design not only enhances pressure relief and postural support but also encourages airflow through channel cuts, helping to regulate body temperature and improve overall comfort for better sleep.
The high-density foam base and reinforced sidewalls ensure stability during side transfers, whether to alternative seating systems or when assisting with stand transfers. Our UK-manufactured, high-frequency welded, waterproof, and vapor-permeable covers meet stringent infection control standards, while non-slip bases add an extra layer of safety for the user.

Softrest Contour Junior Foam Mattress
The Softrest Contour Junior is designed with castellations on both sides of the support surface to aid pressure redistribution. Four way turn mattresses provide the required support while prolonging the longevity of the mattress.
