Inspiration Cot

Designed and manufactured in the UK, the Inspiration 2 Cot is compliant with latest EN 50637:2017 paediatric bed safety standards. The cot features an electrically operated height adjustment and head / foot down platform tilt. In case of power failure, the cot comes as standard with a battery back-up. The mattress platform panels are easy to remove, with surfaces that are easy to clean and decontaminate for effective infection control.

Features:

Side Rails:
- The integral side rails for the Inspiration 2 Cot are telescopic, drop-down rails that have 6 adjustable height positions with a range of 8 - 71.5 cm above the mattress platform for maximum occupant safety and patient accessibility.
- The side rail design ensures that they cannot be accidentally lowered or operated by the infant.
- Side Rail Heights (Above mattress platform)
  - Position 1: 71.5 cm, Position 2: 59 cm, Position 3: 46.5 cm, Position 4: 34 cm, Position 5: 21.5 cm, Position 6: 8 cm
Head and Foot Ends:
- The transparent head and foot ends are easily removable for 360° access to the patient when the side rails are lowered. The transparent ends also aid visibility into the cot for monitoring the infant, and have been tested to meet the durability requirements of the latest safety standards.
- A playful bunny and butterfly design, and a modern pastel colour palette creates a relaxing environment for children.
- The design of the head and foot ends allows access for IV lines and other tubes at either side of the transparent panels.
Castors and Brakes:
- The cot is easy to manoeuvre with its 12 cm anti-static castors and colour coded linked brake bar pedals at the foot end with 3 positions: brake, free and steer.
Drop Down Shelf:
- - A useful drop-down shelf is located at the foot end, which can be folded away when not required, and offers a safe working load of 30 kg.
  - The design of the shelf allows for dynamic pumps to be suspended if the shelf is being used or folded away. It is specially designed to be out of reach of children for added safety.
  - Slots in the shelf offer convenient locations for the handset when it is not being used or stored in its box.
Optimum Safety:
- The Inspiration 2 Cot handset controls the cot height and head / foot down tilt functions, it will also automatically lock out after 30 seconds of inactivity, to prevent unintentional or unauthorised use.
- An additional safety feature is the self-locking handset box, which is located underneath the shelf to enable the handset and cables to be stored securely, without the need for additional keys/fobs.
Emergency CPR Function: (Available on 9005 model only)
- The mattress platform can be levelled quickly in an emergency situation by pulling the red CPR handles on either side of the foot end of the cot.
Additional Features:
- Protective buffers on each corner of the cot
- Two accessory sockets are available at the head end of the cot for IV poles or oxygen cylinder carriers.
- A choice of static or dynamic mattress systems are available for use with the Inspiration 2 Cot.

YOUR SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

We use a courier service for all our deliveries, this ensures your order is delivered to you in perfect condition. All items are delivered unassembled. If assembly is required, please see our engineered delivery below.
We deliver orders to any desired address.
We deliver from Monday to Friday. We do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.
The cost of shipping is €9.95 per order on items under €100. Free delivery will apply on all orders over €100 that are delivered by courier.
The expected delivery time will depend on the stock levels. We will always ship out orders as soon as is practicable. We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure these times are met, but cannot be held responsible for dispatched parcels delayed by third parties, for example due to poor weather conditions.

Item in stock: next day delivery. In instances where an item appears in stock on our website but is not available for some reason, a full refund will be offered on a no-hassle basis.
Available to order: Products will be delivered within 7-10 working days.
Specialised item: can vary from 4 – 6 weeks.

Engineered Delivery: If you order a large item like a bed that will need to be delivered, installed and demonstrated this will incur an engineered delivery charge of €120. You will be informed of any additional costs at the time of ordering. Engineered delivery can also be purchased if you would like products like riser recliners or scooters delivered, assembled and demonstrated. We are happy to offer this service when needed.

Where there are unexpected delays you will be contacted by a member of our customer service and will be advised of this situation.
If you do not receive your order within 15 working days, please contact us by email or phone, details are on our home page.
We will replace lost or damaged orders free of charge.
It is our policy to operate a fair and transparent ordering process.

RETURNS POLICY

Beechfield Healthcare Ltd makes every effort to ensure products arrive in perfect condition. However in the unlikely event of a product arriving damaged, customers should contact Customer Services within a reasonable time of receipt and return the package within a reasonable time, for a replacement to be sent.

If you find your purchase is unsatisfactory, we are happy to exchange items or refund your credit/debit card, provided the goods are returned to us within 7 days of their receipt, in the original undamaged packaging, and in a re-saleable condition. We regret, however, that we cannot, in this case, refund the delivery and the return postage costs.

For hygiene purposes, we cannot accept returns on toileting, incontinence, showering, or bedding products. We can only accept CPAP mask returns that are unopened and unused.

If you have not received your order within 28 working days from the despatch date, customers should contact Customers Services. If we are unable to locate the missing product a replacement will be sent.
