    Conditions of Use

    These terms and conditions apply to the use of the Beechfield Healthcare Ltd website. By requesting a quote or placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

    Beechfield Healthcare Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Please check back periodically for any updates.

    General

    All personal information collected through our website is solely for the purpose of processing quotes and orders. Your information will not be shared with any third party, except as required for completing your order (e.g., courier services).

    Communication between you and Beechfield Healthcare Ltd may occur via email. By using our website or raising a quote / placing an order, you agree to electronic communication.

    If you register for an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username, email address, and password. Should you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please update your password immediately through the website.

    Quotation Process and Contract

    All quotes generated through www.beechfieldhealthcare.ie are subject to these terms. By requesting a quote, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.

    For contract items, any applicable terms regarding delivery, setup, and installation will be outlined in your contract.

    For non-contract items, shipping and delivery charges will be specified during the quoting process.

    Payment

    Payment details, including final costs (product price, shipping, and delivery), will be agreed upon after you receive and approve your quote.

    We accept payments by major credit and debit cards via a secure payment gateway. Payment is processed through Secure Socket Layering (SSL) technology.

    Full payment must be made before dispatching any product. For contract items, specific payment terms will be outlined in your agreement.

    Pricing and Availability

    All product and service prices listed in your quote are presumed correct at the time of issue but are subject to change. If any price adjustments are necessary, you will be informed before the order is confirmed.

    All prices are exclusive of VAT unless specified otherwise.

    Shipping & Delivery

    Shipping terms differ based on whether the items are contract or non-contract:

    Contract Items: Delivery, setup, and installation are included as part of your contract at no additional cost. These terms will be arranged and confirmed upon order acceptance.

    Non-Contract Items: Shipping costs and delivery fees will be detailed in your quote, with a standard shipping charge of €16.26 (€20).

    If assembly or installation is mandated / required for non-contract items, an Engineered Delivery service is available at an additional charge of €105.72 (€120). This ensures products are delivered, assembled, and demonstrated as required.

    Delivery Timeframes:

    Stock Items: Delivery is typically next business day, depending on availability.

    Custom or Special Orders: Delivery may take 7-10 working days.

    Specialised Items: Delivery can range from 4-6 weeks, depending on production schedules.

    We aim to meet all delivery deadlines, but we are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, adverse weather, or other external factors beyond our control. In such cases, you will be informed promptly of any delays.

    Order Acceptance

    Requests for quotes or submission of an order does not constitute an agreement to sell. No contract will exist between you and Beechfield Healthcare Ltd until your order has been confirmed and dispatched.

    Returns & Exchanges

    Contract Items: As per your contract agreement, items that are damaged during delivery will be replaced or repaired as applicable.

    Non-Contract Items: If your purchase arrives damaged, please notify us promptly. Damaged goods must be returned within a reasonable time for a replacement or refund.

    If unsatisfied with your purchase, non-contract items can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days, provided they are in their original packaging and resaleable condition. Please note that we do not refund shipping or return postage costs in such cases.

    Due to hygiene reasons, returns on toileting, incontinence, showering, or bedding products are not accepted, nor are returns accepted for made-to-order or customized items.

    Warranty and Repairs

    For faulty products under warranty, Beechfield Healthcare operates a Return to Base policy. Faulty items must be returned to our facility, where they will be repaired or replaced. Once repaired or replaced, the item will be returned to you at no additional cost.

    Limitation of Liability

    Beechfield Healthcare Ltd will not be held responsible for any indirect or consequential loss or damage resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the value of the items purchased.
