The Auto One provides a cost-effective Automatic Dynamic Mattress System, offering automatic pressure settings based on the patient’s weight to ensure optimal comfort and pressure relief. Alternatively, the system can be manually set to the desired pressure, with the ‘Automatic Pressure Setting’ also adjustable by +/- to suit individual needs. This flexibility allows caregivers to tailor the support to each patient, improving both comfort and safety. The system’s quiet operation further enhances the patient experience, making it ideal for long-term use. Developed for hospital, residential, and home care environments, the Auto One mattress system is fully EN60601-1, EN60601-1-2, and EN60601-1-11 compliant.

Mattress Key Features:

The mattress includes 20 top cells consisting of 3 static head cells and 17 alternating cells. The base is made up of 20 static air cells. Individual cell’s ‘air on air’ construction reduces the risk of ‘bottoming out’ as the lower section of each cell remains inflated to provide a supportive base.
The Auto One mattress features a CPR dial at the footend. When rotated this allows for rapid deflation in an emergency.
A full length zipped cable management system safely routes the power cable to reduce the risk of a trip hazard.
The mattress air hoses include anti-kink springs and feature a quick connector with transport cap.
Four handles attached to the base cover assist with handling and transportation of the mattress.
The covers are multi stretch, water resistant and vapour permeable.
Includes a 360° zip for easy access to the internal cells and welded seams to help prevent fluid ingress.
Straps with D rings to enables the mattress to be secured to the bed (moveable parts only) frame.

Pump Key Features:

Offering a choice of therapy modes:
- Alternating Mode – providing pressure redistribution over a 10/15/20/25 minute cycle in a AB (2 in 1) pattern.
- Static Mode – the system will maintain constant surface pressure in all cells based upon the selected pressure/comfort setting.
Automatic Pressure Setting determines an optimal surface pressure based on the patient weight. Caregivers can manually adjust the pressure setting based upon their clinical assessment of the patients BMI, posture, level of risk and comfort level.
- Seat Mode – Recommended if the bed backrest is to be raised over 25°, as it provides additional pressure to the cells to help avoid bottoming out at the sacral area.
- Max Inflate Mode – Automatically inflates all cells to the maximum pressure setting. This can be beneficial when moving or repositioning a patient.
Audible and visual alerts for low pressure, alternate failure or power failure.
- Auto lockout – the pump will lockout after 5 minutes of inactivity to prevent accidental setting changes.
- Mute button - once the audible alert has been acknowledged the alert can be muted whilst the cause is investigated.
Accessible rear filter for ease of maintenance.
Integral hanging hooks enable the pump to be suspended from the bed footboard, and 2 pads assist with pump stability and to minimise vibration.

We use a courier service for all our deliveries, this ensures your order is delivered to you in perfect condition. All items are delivered unassembled. If assembly is required, please see our engineered delivery below.
We deliver orders to any desired address.
We deliver from Monday to Friday. We do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.
The cost of shipping is €9.95 per order on items under €100. Free delivery will apply on all orders over €100 that are delivered by courier.
The expected delivery time will depend on the stock levels. We will always ship out orders as soon as is practicable. We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure these times are met, but cannot be held responsible for dispatched parcels delayed by third parties, for example due to poor weather conditions.

Item in stock: next day delivery. In instances where an item appears in stock on our website but is not available for some reason, a full refund will be offered on a no-hassle basis.
Available to order: Products will be delivered within 7-10 working days.
Specialised item: can vary from 4 – 6 weeks.

Engineered Delivery: If you order a large item like a bed that will need to be delivered, installed and demonstrated this will incur an engineered delivery charge of €120. You will be informed of any additional costs at the time of ordering. Engineered delivery can also be purchased if you would like products like riser recliners or scooters delivered, assembled and demonstrated. We are happy to offer this service when needed.

Where there are unexpected delays you will be contacted by a member of our customer service and will be advised of this situation.
If you do not receive your order within 15 working days, please contact us by email or phone, details are on our home page.
We will replace lost or damaged orders free of charge.
It is our policy to operate a fair and transparent ordering process.

RETURNS POLICY

Beechfield Healthcare Ltd makes every effort to ensure products arrive in perfect condition. However in the unlikely event of a product arriving damaged, customers should contact Customer Services within a reasonable time of receipt and return the package within a reasonable time, for a replacement to be sent.

If you find your purchase is unsatisfactory, we are happy to exchange items or refund your credit/debit card, provided the goods are returned to us within 7 days of their receipt, in the original undamaged packaging, and in a re-saleable condition. We regret, however, that we cannot, in this case, refund the delivery and the return postage costs.

For hygiene purposes, we cannot accept returns on toileting, incontinence, showering, or bedding products. We can only accept CPAP mask returns that are unopened and unused.

If you have not received your order within 28 working days from the despatch date, customers should contact Customers Services. If we are unable to locate the missing product a replacement will be sent.
